I also had a problem like that with mine. Would not idle had to keep one foot on the brake other on gas when stopped, and downshifting had to keep foot on gas. Wound up being the carb as well. Finally I replaced it after rebuilding, soaking etc.....

I had my bumper custom made, room for the winch and welded tabs for towing. Get something you can weld custom features on later. The link about have some good ones to buy . You may need hooks, towing tabs, etc...

I would also go with the Bikini, I love mine and it is quick and easy. Depending on the climate you are in it would most likely be the cheapest, and best choice. Also if you're not planning on getting it wet you should drive a jeep. Getting it wet is the best part I agree with Rob.
