if you are goin through all the trouble, might as well drop in the redline mt90, or syncromesh by penzoil ( which i used on my ax5 with great results). let us know how it turns out. Also, do you have some sort of pump to get the gear oil in there?

Some people say you can fill it from the driver side , that torx bolt that says do not remove. I would never do it tho. Don't use an adjustable, use a socket, 15/16th's sounds familiar.
