my jeep has done something similar to this, cept only when first starting... i got a 95 4banger with 78.5k

i went for about 2 weeks tappin on my starter everytime i had to go somewhere. at some points id have to climb under neath and shake the whole thing while a buddy would turn the key... big pain in the @$$ when u gotta dress nice to work. eventually i just went with the 100$ one from autozone...

my company developed some software to transmit video from security surveillance cameras, over wireless to PDA's that the guards can carry on them, so they can be always up to date.. off topic but pretty cool stuff.

john_tara, what condition is the tcase and approximately how many miles are on it?

i used the gallon kit you can buy at autozone, comes with the brushes etc... i did my tub, two coats, had a lil extra when finished so i did things like the tailgate etc... if you are neat and dont waste any, you should easily be able to do it with one gallon.

im pissed that it was 50 bucks for less than 5 minutes
