Tail gate on both end is a cool idea. I will look into that. The bending of the frame is one of the ways I was thinking about going. This should be going down next weekend hopefully, I will let you guys know how it goes.

RE: Political differences aside... Yeah I am planning on running 2 inch springs and some shackles. I only have like 4 in of lift on my Jeep right now but the Trailer will have like a 3 in lift. I am going to put matching wheels/tires and spare on it.

I have a 95 YJ that I herced'. I did the whole inside tub. I did the entire back up and under the top frame rails and I did the front up to the JEEP logo on the side. I would have done all the way up when I did it but was too lazy. I did do all the was up to the dash on the fire wall though...

My door handle kept doing that so I bought a new one and it worked fine, but since you said they are new I honestly don't know. I would say that it has to do with the bars inside the door need to be adjusted.

I did a 3 in lift on my YJ and I used pb Blast about a week before and sprayed each bolt down every night and then they came off pretty easy

Not that I am interested in the conversion because like said before its hip to be square, but I called that company today just to see how much they are and they told me that as of right now there wasn't a price and they still didn't know when it was coming out.
