So I'm doing a 6 in rough country lift on my xj and was going to go with 33's but I'm thinking about 35's. does anyone know if 35's would fit?

So I bought it from Tokyo and had it shipped to northern Japan. Up here we need 4wd because we get a lot of snow and I have just finally gotten it legal to drive but I think my 4wd is messed up. I'm wondering if the 4wd has ever been used at all until I got it. So here goes my issue.

Well I passed the inspection so that's a plus but now when I turn all the way to the right I get load bang sounds right when it reaches max right turn. Have some work to do now so see what's up. I think I have a general idea and I will find out Sunday.

It's not every day that automotive work defeats me. I had to put it back in because I've ran out of time and my inspection is today. Once it's inspected and I can drive it on base then I will try again.

Well it's not going according to plan. ..... The pitman arm will not come off and I used every puller I could get my hands on. Even heated it up an still frozen fast.

My parts kit arrived today and man was it alot of stuff. got the gear box out and tomorrow should have it rebuilt.

Wow that really sucks. I love my jeep even if I have gone through two transmissions since I got it. Mostly road and I do trail alot but it's not abused in either way but it eats transmissions. I'm sure a sye would fix all that on account of mine being lifted.

Getting impatient. I can't wait to drive my Cherokee. It will make up for missing my 2.5l wrangler back in the states.
