I have 97 tj 4 cyl. I have a optima red top battery. I want to install a pair of kc lights either 130 watt or 150 watt. Still haven't decides yt. As far as electronics go no add ons besides an aftermarket radio
Awesome I'm going to be doing the tb swap. My ill upgrade the injectors aswell. I dont think I have the air box restriction since I have a tj and I think that's only I yj thing. But I can be wrong
Did u do anything to the electronics for the injector or did you just install them? Did you change the gap of the plugs and increase fuel pressure? I want to do the tb swap but never thought of the injectors
I'd look up what the code says. What year is your jeep? I have a chilton manual and I can look up what the code is and possible fixes and can get back to you on that issue
I know its an old thread but you mentioned your fuel pressure was 49? I have a 97 tj and my fuel pressure with new pump was 60psi, but even when I had low fuel pressure (under 30 psi) it would still fire up and run.
