Your local auto parts stores sells brake lines in various lengths and diameters. Remove the old line and take it with you. They'll match up the diameter and fittings. You'll have to make all the bends yourself. It's best to use a brake line bending tool but I have used a rattle can - you don't...

Sounds like a wheel cylinder or brake line. It should become evident once you pull the wheel and drum. If you reuse the shoes you'll want to clean them with brake cleaner to remove the oil.

As far as I know they only work with the brake. Besides rewiring you'd have install a different bulb/holder to accept a 2 filament bulb.
