It is a lottery race now...

I know about training. Last year I ran the Seattle RnR Full. The race was not that tough, but the training was. Runs up to 22 miles can get to you. BTW... I am nowhere near that fast. You can look for me at the back of the pack. I am happy when I turn around and see other runners still...

I did run it last year. I am running it again this year. I am a back of the pack runner. But, it does keep me exercised and much healthier!

But not for the count! I installed a Terralow that I ran into the ground last April in Moab. Missing it now and finally ordered the replacement parts. I love getting dirty with the Jeep!

I am going to be in Moab that week! I'll be there from Saturday or Sunday (12/18 & 19) to the next weekend. It is the same week that my other group is going! Let's see if we can't get some thing going!

Got new coffee mugs! Having the correct mugs is so important! Then, on a trail ride the day after Christmas, the water pump went at the trail head just after the ride! Guess what I did yesterday?

I also take 2 flannel sleeping bag liners, kitty litter, hand broom, dust pan, extra trash bags. I take freeze-dried food and a mini stove, as well.

Blessed relief from training now! 3 or so miles per day! 6 days a week. Now, not only am I slow at marathons, I'm slow at everything. I am looking for another competition now, though. Not in this current Denver cold snap, though... Brrr...
