i plan on getting 2 12" subs and a 1000 watt amplifier.......should i get a 4 channel amp since i plan on hooking it up to the 2 front speakers and then the sound bar overhead? Also.....should i get different speakers to put in replacement of the 4, or will the stock ones work okay?

I got an 02 Wrangler, as seen in the picture. Everything on it is stock and i am wanting to put bigger tires on it. But i dont know how big i can go without them rubbing or what not......I was thinking 31X12.50 Is that to big without getting a liftkit or anything of that nature??
