    The infamous gas tank sending unit problem on 97 TJ

    RE: First time Off-roading There are lots of posts and web refrences mentioning the "infamous gas tank sending unit problem" with 97 TJs... But none of them mention a fix. Can you take a sending unit from a 98 and put it in a 97 to fix the problem? Are there any other fixes? Please help, thanks!
