I purchased a rebuilt 4 cyl engine out of a 96 Jeep Wrangler. The engine has all new ECU and electrical system. What I am wanting to do is put this engine into my 1980 CJ5. Can some one help me figure out how to disable parts of the ECU on the new engine. All I want is the bare stuff. The 96...
