I have a similar issue...when I accelerate and the RPMs are pretty high (don't have a tach so not sure) there is a loud vibration that comes from the front of the truck...any ideas?!

Thanks. I ended up having a faulty bottle. I replaced it, under warranty, and it was ok. Until I decided to head up to the mountains. then again spewing out of the cap. I have considered putting a newer coolant system in it, but it has 207k miles...think it's time to retire it...sadly!
