I can do my daughters 4-door in about 5 minutes. The pre-'97's are easier because of the hinge design. They are $500.00 for a 4-door XJ, I don't yet have a jig for the 2-door so I'm only building them for 4-door XJ's.
When I drove the vehicle, the wobble started right about 52 mph and would get worse if you stayed at that speed, slow down or speed up and it went away. AND it would only do it while in a left turn... no I am not pulling your leg.
You can run 15's on a TJ Rubicon. I run a Full Traction 6" longarm, 35x12.50x15's and 4.88's on my '05 Unlimited Rubicon. The 4.88's are a little deep on the highway, other than that it all works great.
I build these for sale, this set is on my daughters '93. I use 1 1/2 x .120 HREW tubing and OEM latches. $500.00 w/o mirrors + shipping.
I also build doors for JK's and TJ's
