If i have a damaged piston rod how much would a repair cost.

SO today i went wheelin and sucked up some water in my air filter. car shuts off but later starts agin. i believe it is misfiring. car is very shaky. If water did get into a cylinder is there any way i can fix this without spending large amounts of money. Is there any easy way to fix this?
