Not sure just shocks are going to do it for you but if it is both RE and Ol Man Emu will give you top quality. My guess is the leafpacks you have now are super stiff and are the main factor in the poor ride of your Jeep. Try pulling one of the leafs out of each side of the pack to soften it up...
