I threw them on today. Somewhat easy install. Although, they are a real pain in the butt to reconnect. I drilled the holes slighty larger to allow for easier install with the pins. Otherwise, no problems. Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the info. I got it out. No screw. The rubber material was just wedged into the grill. Pulled them out and installed the new one. I couldnt install them with the "bolt" the kit gives, but I just epoxy glued them into the body. Works fine. Won't be going anywhere. Thanks for the help...
