So I am confused, the oil filter did it's job and when there was too much junk in it it may have by-passed and or collapsed or both. The person on the video said he ran it in 2 engines, how many hours in each. Under the same circumstances how did other filters hold up for him? I am not defending...

I would take a test light to the socket and see if you have power then. That would confirm ground. I also would check to see if there is power through the brake light switch, not just to it. It is possible you have a poor connection at the switch, so back probe to check for power on both sides...

Double Darn: I got a call from my daughter in North Caroline and she has some medical issues which means I had to get to her right away, Darn I will have to come back to New Hampshere another time.

So I am going to NH next week and plan on climbing Mt Washington with my 2011 JK This is the first time for me on the road and of course the first time for my new Jeep or any of my Jeeps. Any advise for this Florida boy climbing the infamous Mt. Washington?
