I wanted a 2nd opinion on a axle swap... I have a D35 under my 2k TJ and I just lifted it... I am in serious need of some new tires and wheels and I want to go up to a 33". I am concerned with blowing up my D35 cause its my daily driver and it can't go down for more than two days for repair...

Depends on how much you want to spend... and warranty... I have heard good stuff about Rubicon Express kits and BDS lift kits... I have a Rubicon Express 3.5" superflex kit and Old Man Emu Shocks... It rides a bit stiffer than stock but its pretty good... Haven't had a chance yet to really work...
