The jeep was having trouble starting for awhile so I decided to replace the fuel pump myself. I turn the car to the "ON" position and I can hear it humm but it isn't pumping out any gas. Any suggestions? Also, where can I find the fuel pump fuse/relay. I don't know where it is...
