I am using a trailer spindle for tire/rack swing out on rear...Machined a piece of sched 80 pipe to accept bearing races and seal to have a solid livot point for swing out, but I'm having trouble locating a good latch assy...

    '93 YJ new clutch won't shift

    If the o ring was bad it would be leaking fluid as well when you pushed the clutch pedal...fluid has to get in front of the master cylinder piston , so there is a hole that allows this to happen...when you push on the clutch with the lid off master cyl(not recommended) you will spurt fluid up...

    the weight of the vehicle is distributed through the tires to the ground, if you move the weight 1.5" to 2 " further out it definitely puts more stress on bearings and ball joints, probably never have any issues unless your getting air time on a regular basis...

    I agree with the air in the lines but, also if rear brakes are way out of adjustment the pedal will pump up after the wheel cylinder pistons push out far enough for the shoes to contact the drums.

    Code issues!

    Any ground problem could cause multiple issues,p1391 crank sensor and p0340 cam sensor... you should get wiring diagram and see if the loose ground is related to sensors, also it could be pcm ground... not sure on that tho...

    Usually on a chrysler ,dodge jeep product when it starts and runs for 1 or 2 seconds its a programming issue, either key to pcm or pcm to vehicle... With all the programming issues with vehicles these days i wouldn't throw any more parts at it until you have it checked...could be 100.00 bucks...

    Code issues!

    p0300 is a random missfire code, p0302 identifies cyl #2,p0305 cyl# 5, p0304, cyl#4...Whats the mileage on your cherokee...p1391 is related to cam position or crank position... missfire codes could be caused by crank/cam sensor... clear codes road test and recheck for codes and start your repair...
