1063285 k-phat, i did exactly as snitty says. i used a bit close to the size of the torx bolt and drilled it out. then used a punch , and it didnt take much of a hit to knock it out . luckily i didnt damage the threads. on my yj , the bolts on the front of the frame had a nut behind the hinge...
