Sorry got sidetracked. 2004 grand cherokee lorado

I need a little help with remove/replace fender mounted antenna base. I think many have done this so would appreciate any help you have.

Looking for a little how 2 advice. Fan clutch failed. Can it be replaced without pulling the radiator? Anyone have details. Looks like the shroud and elect fan assembly must be removed at the least. Any comments appreciated. '04 grand Cherokee 4L, 6cyl.
