    Renix woes

Should start this off by saying this 400$ jeep has not been the slightest bit reliable, but it's gotten me home every time! This is a 1987 jeep Cherokee 4.0 4x4. So the other night I was driving along, and all of a sudden I felt a loss of power. It got steadily worse, it would revv up to about...

Need Help No HEAT its my daily driver and I have a 1 year old daughter!

I think I've figured it out for anyone having the same problem as me. It's that big vamuum chamber under the passenger side bumper. I though it was only for cruise control but aperiently if there's a leak in it it will default to only blowing from the defrost vent. I'm going to go putz with it...

Need Help No HEAT its my daily driver and I have a 1 year old daughter!

Super j I'm thinking it was just water. And to give you guys some more details, my defrost is warm but there's almost NO draft coming from the vents on high. I'm betting that as soon as I get them to blow, it'll blow warm. I'm also almost positive I have a couple vacuum leaks. I need to find a...

Well guys I stumbled on this post because i bought and resurrected a 87 4.0. I've been having absolutely no heat, and yesterday the passenger side floor was swamped. I though it was from a bad window seal because we'd had a bad rain storm, but how could this be related to heat and more...

    New to the jeepin world

Looks like I'll be playing a game of hide and seek tomorrow. Some one had mentioned it could be my grounds. Any ideas on this? And if so where would the main ones be? He never said the grounds to the pump or just in general

Thanks for the warm welcome and the sharing of your experience. I've gone ahead and replaced the pump and got a good proper battery. I've checked and cleaned the fuel pump relay, and it's clicking and acting as it should. Still no fuel pump clicking on though. I'd hate to go buy some nice...

    New to the jeepin world

Hey guys first post so don't butcher me, but I got my first car, a 1987 two door jeep Cherokee sport 4.0 and the problem is it's not getting fuel to the injectors. When you spray starter fluid into the intake, it will fire for a little but not much. Something I noticed is the the injectors are...
