    UConnect apps and more.

I'm new to my Jeep, and read the manual cover to cover. But I would REALLY love to have an in depth manual of UConnect, or at least some manual. I know how to use everything I have but I'm under the impression you can download apps and update the OS on the UConnect (I have the 8.4 I think it's...

    Oil change question..

I am only asking because I live in Canada and we do get colder winters than most of the US (not all not all but most). Then again, 0w20 seems pretty thin already so if it is made to run in the hot with that oil, it's also able to withstand the cold. Usually I'd put thinner in the winter and...

    Oil change question..

Um, ok. No, of course I'll put 0W20, but if anything, shouldn't the 5W30 cause less leaks and increase the life of the engine, at the expense of MPG? I'll do my first change at 5000miles then, at that point the onboard system should say oil still has 30% life left, but that's ok.

    I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.0 n I'm looking for better gas miliage

I get 19mpg on average, which is much more than I expected (2020 JGC V6). I drive 70% highway, the rest city, usually 60-70mph on the highway, and don't have a heavy foot. The sticker on the JGC says 19mpg in the city, I get that on average gas tank with mixed driving, which the sticker claims...

20'' light bar purchase, any recommendation?

Pedro, could you share the link for that lightbar. But also, how is it connected to power and where do you have the on/off switch? [/COLOR]

What did you do to your Jeep today?

Got a nice trash basket that hangs on the back of the centre console, and a nice trunk organizer. Now I'm looking for the seat gap filler that will actually fit, if anyone has any ideas, let me know.

    Oil change question..

This is more for the tech savvy engineers I guess. My first oil change is coming up in my 2020 JGC Altitude. It's amazing how hard it is to find info on the exact oil type, but the manual does have it of course. My question is simply what is different about the 2020 that requires this weird...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Just so you guys know, when I got my side steps installed, Jeep dealer fixed the TPMS for me, at no cost, even though they did not put the winters on my truck. They however would not tell me how they did it, lol. I just put my summers back on and the TPMS transition went smooth, it's showing...

    Running boards / mudflaps installed..

Yup, I guess it started, just had to get the sidesteps and mudflaps. Was not sure about the splash guards but now that I see them on I like them. This is after 3 hours of detailing, polishing, waxing yesterday, with a huge storm today, but I guess that was the point, to protect the Jeep from...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Yeah, I've done all those things. I actually went to Jeep dealership today, about the running boards, and the guy there was kind enough to look into it. He checked it all out, took the readings and the sensors are definitely there and working, but when he tried to clone them, they won't be...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Hey guys, so the wheels/tires for the winter are on, sorry about the low quality pic, I don't know what happened there, usually my phone does better and I'm so trusting that I just assumed it was good, but no. I love the look, it's funny but with the 18s it actually looks like a beast, like a...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

So I ended up getting the Replica 18x8 wheels and have decided on the Hankook tires, 265-60r18. I do have a week to change my mind, the Blizzaks are $110 more for the set and the Michelins $130 more. I'm already paying over $2000 for the wheel/tire/tpms/install set, so it's not much but I was...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Yeah, the TPMS will require some more research, but I'd like to have it. I hear that Jeep uses self-programming sensors now so it's just a matter of installing the right ones in there (any info on that?) Let me rephrase the question, is there any difference between the 2020 JGC or the 18/19...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Costco seems to know that they are interchangeable, I type my model, and this came in: https://www.c-wheels.ca/en/fitmentsearch/result/index/?year=2019&make=Jeep&model=Grand+Cherokee&submodel=Altitude I found steel wheels for the Laredo, 17x7 with the proper offset and all that. Are you...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

Hi guys, thank you both for the replies. I pretty much settled on either 265-60r18 or 245-70r17, those two are almost identical in total diameter (circumference), so they will have no effect on gearing or speed/odometer accuracy. And I do believe my car can fit either 17 or 18 easily (16 and...

    Winter Tires/wheels question. minus sizing

I'm sure people have asked this, in all forums on all cars, but I can't get a straight answer for my particular car, from the dealer, or from Jeep for that matter, so after all this research I decided to ask the experts here. My 2020 Grand Cherokee has 265-50r20 tires/wheels. I could just get...

New excited member from South Ontario!!

Here is my new Jeep, that's my wife there, not sure which one excites me more ;) lol.. My first choice was a blue colour, then red, but those are apparently available only on some ridiculous $70k trims here, but anyway, after I saw this Grey, I had to have it, over the silver, dark silver...

New excited member from South Ontario!!

Hello all. Today, in one hour, I go and get my 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude! Just wanted to become a member before I go get it, as I'll need help with accessories, tires, etc, over the years! How did I decide on the Jeep? Well, it wasn't even on my short list, I was looking at Sorentos...
