    Just sayin Hi

36000 It would be nice to have a tj! I'm sporting a 95yj hardtop, 2in body, 2in susp with 30's. Hopefully I will be able to put on 32's soon. Seeings how my current tires look like racing slicks!

    wheel offsets

38000 32's will fit just fine on a TJ with a 3 inch lift. As for what tire will fit under what lift go to www.off-road.com/jeep/, look under tech articles; tires.

    Where do I start?

105000 Thank you for the airflow comment I hadn't thought about that even though I was planning on putting a small hood scoop on to get better air flow from the custom air intake i'm building. Any body know how much air (as in limit) can/should be forced in?

    vibration with 4" lift

108000 As far as I know the t-case drop should stop the vibes. I think people use the slip yoke el. when they don't want to lower the t case or they've lifted the rig so high they have to lowering the t-case isn't enough. But with only a 4 inch lift this shoudn't be a problem.

    vibration with 4" lift

110000 I don't know about replacing them, but they will need to be lengthened a little. Most of the lift kits I have seen provide a small piece of hose to make up differnce. You can also look into rerouting the brake lines. Just a thought for you, I don't know what size fuel tank you have...

    bigger tires

206000 Thanks for the info! You say the 32's will be sluggish, like how sluggish? Bad enough to not make it up semi steep dirt hills or rocks? As for lift I just bought 2in body and 2in susp.

    bigger tires

208000 Most of my four wheeling will dirt paths and mud ponds with a few rocks and ledges. But mostly mud and dirt paths. Ok how about this I just happen to have four extra rims could put bigger tires on, so what if I put 33's on the extra rims and only used them when I was going out to play...

    bigger tires

210000 I think I'll probably go with the 32's so I can still run on the streets. Who makes a good 32 mt? I only seem to find 33's. As for brand probable dunlop or laredo, although these two have noticeable different tread patterns. the dunlop have the standard mud pattern"/////" the...

    bigger tires

212000 I didn't think cooper sold 32's? I'ld like 33's but my 4:10's wouldn't hold up to well on the highway.
  15. M

    bigger tires

214000 Here's a problem I just thought about! I don't think that 32's will fit on stock yj rims? Does anyone know if they will fit?

    bigger tires

216000 I have "the nicer ones" I think they are either 7 or 7.5 inchs wide.

    add a leaf?

317000 is the extra leaf a spacer that goes under or on top, or will i have to seperate the existing leafs.

    add a leaf?

319000 I would be interested in both the group and the lift/tires. How much for them seperate and together?
  19. M

    add a leaf?

321000 pretty sure quadratec sells just the aal's. I am for sure that jc whitney sells them not sure what you drive but a yj will run $100 and cj7/5 is about $75.

    yj soa

382000 maybe I sould rephrase this, can anyone tell me how a yj will run when a spring over axle is done but a slip yoke eliminater is not applied.
