While driving home the other day my wife put her 1999 Grand Cherokee into neutral to coast up to a light. She stated that she heard "a mild grinding noise" and the engine died. It has full time 4wd and the 4.7L motor. Anyone have any ideas? It has 65,000 miles on it.
