    Rotor Problems

I believe its 99-down, and 00-up is the break point on the rotors, they are different by like an 1/8".

Yeap you need the YJ rotors, they have a slightly different spacing.

Jeep won't run, need help ASAP

Well you replaced the crankshaft position sensor, but are you sure the pick up coil is pulsing the coil?

    Installing Gears

I always double check them, but more often than not the factory shims work fine. You can tell how far off or close you are as soon as you spin them with some gear marking compound.

    Installing Gears

I actually just take the ring and pinions to a local shop and let them press the bearings. I've used the same guy for all the gear setups I've done, and he only charges me roughly $20, then usually if I need to pull and re-press any bearings he does it for free. I normally ignore the suggested...

    95 YJ lift questions.

Basically I wasn't listening/waiting for the spotter, I thought I knew where I was better than he did. I had finally climbed up to where the spotter was, and so he had to climb up the obstacle farther, while he was climbing upwards, I decided I'd pull forward more as I thought I knew where I...

    Replacing nerfs...

I opted to weld mine directly to the frame, the slider stand-offs are welded to a 1/4" plate, then that 1/4" plate is welded to the frame rails: I like having them welded to the frame for several reasons. For one I never hesitate to stick the hi-lift, or other jack on them to lift one side...

If you limit your flex you can, but why should I limit my travel like that. ^^Still RoughCountry springs in that picture.^^

    95 YJ lift questions.

Nah... You're just limiting flex.... :D I have bumpstops, they are the things that the flares bolt too.... Some people call them fenders.... :D

    Need part number for bolts

All hinge bolts are 5/16 - 18, 1" long. Personally I prefer the way just plain old stainless hex heads look on everywhere: Many hardware stores have flush mount bolts like that, but they are usually in allen heads.

One vote for RoughCountry, won't make your Jeep quite as tall as an RE or BDS lift, but they ride well, and flex like crazy. Never seen a Jeep Rough Country lift that could keep 33s out of the fenders, even with a body lift. Even with my setup, I still run RoughCountry springs, just because...

    Is this a CJ windshield???

Thats a CJ windshield. CJ's don't have the black band around the outer edge to hide the urethane adhesive that holds YJ windshields in place. Look at any YJ and you'll noticed a black ring that goes around the whole outer edge of the windshield.
