I would stay you have a bad alternator. AZ has told be a alternator was good before when I know it was bad. A company car at my work is a 2000 Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7 that was doing the same thing when the alternator went bad. I am the company mechanic.

change the sending unit. If no change in oil pressure then change the oil pump. It not hard to change you just need a new oil pump and oil pan gasket.

I have a 89 xj that has 207,000 that didn't have this problem til I took the throttle body off and clean it out. It was nasty and I cleaned it til it looked new. I cleaned all the vacum ports and IAC. Then it started doing the high rev a start up about 25% of the time. I think I have a bad IAC.
