Whadya do when the whole truck looks good other than something like this here...



Could you just take it off and heat it up somehow, set on it's side and let gravity reshape it? Or would it be better to just peel it off and replace it with a straight one, either from a jy or new?

Also, whats a good solvent for getting the double sided tape residue off?

Goo be gone will do it....not harsh, wont effect paint.....love the stuff

if you can let the sun straighten it out, I would do that since its paint matched. but, how you going to stick it back on well?

3M weatherstrip adhesive works well to glue it back on. Use blue or green masking tape to hold it in place until it dries.
