Water leak at door seal

Hi all. My wifes 97 XJ has a leak under the left hand front door seal, as per attached photos. Just wondering if anyone has had this leak and what you have done to stop it. And if you're wondering what the white powder is, it's flour my wife put down so we could track and leaks. Any help would be much appreciated.

being on the inside of the 'lip' maybe check door drains - look bottom of door

I am having a similar issue on my TJ. My problem is the window seal is bad then it gets inside the door then leaks inside the Jeep.

The rubber door seals on the upper jam of the door have been an issue on some cherokees. They dont make a tight seal between door and frame, a quick and cheap fix is to get clear hose tubing (i forget the diameter) and run it along the inside of the door seal. It creates a stiffer seal against the frame. My .02

my 94 yj with hard top; leaked severly on the pasenger side when i bought it a few years ago. my first modern jeep. after many hours of "door seal dittling" found the problem in the air box "water drain device". found it by temporarily covering the air inlet. no solution found. vinn
