Are my fellow east coasters ready for hurricane Florence?

Hopefully everyone is ready for the hurricane. I'm up in Virginia Beach, so the word on the street is that we'll probably get something like 10 inches of rain, but miss the high winds. I've stocked up on food, and gassed up the generator.

My kids have said that if the internet goes out we may not make it.
 

I'm in the shenandoa valley,got food generator, beer. bring it on.
 

I don't think they have time for us right now.
 
Hang on and stay dry!

It's supposed to be over 90°F here in So. Cal today. Hard to believe the weather is so different between coasts.
 

Yeah, all is good here. The kids were out of school for a week, however I really didn't get any rain at all.
