If there is no air going to my difs with arb lockers could they cause my axles not to turn but the drive shaft turns

I Don’t think so. Broken teeth on the ring and pinion would allow the drive shaft yo spin and no movement out of the tires.
You know the drive shaft rotates more than the axels by the ratio of the gears in the rear. So if you are rotating the drive shaft partially say 1/4 turn the wheel may only move a degree ir two.
