coincidence

I just hook up light pods in my wheel wells and under my jk. No my tpm sensor is on. Is this a coincidence or is there something I need to look for?

I was driving my CJ and all of a sudden my speedometer AND radio stopped working. Has anyone seen anything like this before. Just a coincidence or are they related? I'm thinking I'll start with fuses. It was just really weird.
