I need help 07 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I have replace the steering stabilizer 3 time with in 1.5. What can I do to fix this??

I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler, 4 cylinder. The Jeep would not start, turned over well, but acted like it was not getting fuel. Replaced the fuel pump thinking it was bad. This did not fix the issue. Fuel is getting to the engine. I am not sure where to go from here.
