relay

Hey All, I searched for this subject but could not find it in this forum. Sorry if it's been covered before. The ac/heater fan in my 2005 Wrangler only works on the highest setting. I'm guessing it is a relay or a fuse. How do I go about troubleshooting it?...I'm a newbie. Please and thank you.

I've seen this question posted previously but it was never really answered. Where is the AC Compressor Clutch Relay located? I am 2 days in to looking for this answer and either I'm a complete idiot or it's hidden in a way that no one can find it. It's not listed on the PDC lid as it should be...
