snow plow install

Does anyone have advice on the suspension upgrades needed to install a snow-ex 6'8" I just bought a 2006 Jeep TJ. I think the existing shocks are stock and seem too weak for working with a plow.. Any other advice regarding required upgrades if any are needed would be great. I would like to...
