sol-vac

I'm trying to bring a 1990 jeep CA legal (had a Weber carb on it). I have the stock carburetor but am missing the sol-vac. Does anybody know where to find one [short of tearing through a junk yard]? or maybe another approach to getting it ready for CA testing? Thanks!
