Go topless 87

My 87is throttle body injected it has a 2.5 in it. I put a new tps sensor new injector and throttle body and a new high idle actuator on it. It starts but when I go to give it fuel it acts like its not getting enough. I gotta keep giveing it gas. Like if.I.push down on the pedal it stalls. I gotta keep hitting the gas in little spurts.can anybody help me? Thanks
