Just checking to see if the leftovers were getting old yet.

We did it a bit different this year......went to the Waynesville Country Club for T-day......no muss, no fuss, no cooking, no cleaning, and.......no leftovers!!!!! Then, later in the day, went to Nate and Erin's (our son and NEW daughter in law) and had some MORE food.....fortunately, Nate loves leftovers so we left them all for him!!!! AND!!!!! and a big AND!!!!! found out that we're becoming GRANDPARENTS again!!!!!! WHEEEEE!!!!!!!

i'm not sure how you could get sick of leftovers. besides my birthday its the best holiday of the year, if you get sick of it now, you gotta wait a whole 12 more months for it to come again. enjoy the weekend while its here.

That's the trouble with traveling on holidays and eating at someone elses house...No leftovers. And I love to eat leftover turkey sandwiches. I made my wife promise to cook a turkey breast when we get home so I could make some.

left overs? what left overs? i ate Perogies over at my neighbors house when i was taking care of Julia. and then on friday i went over to Kalens place and he made me tortillini mmmmmmm PASTA... i'd much rather have pizza, pasta, or chicken... ooh or nachos with taco beef, over turkey dinner any day... although dessert? i guess thats not really in the question thou.. who ever heard of left over dessert...

so lets see.. if i had to choose i would be sick of them although i would still have it for free food... but i guess i would probly be sick of it by now

I can never get enough turkey sandwiches....but this year, my mom bought a 22 lb turkey, Sunshine cooked it, and we left all the leftovers at mom's house. But, she's only 2 blocks away, so when I get a hankerin' for turkey sandwich, I just go for a "little walk"......

Oh yeah we have pies... pumpkin and apple. Ya gotta make enough to go with the leftovers.

HAd a Turkey sammich today while hunting. It was outstanding.

24 lb here and I am sick to death of it. Usually I last longer. Dunno why not this year. I just made turkey and cranberry salad with the remainder of it and a pizza is in the oven. Tomorrow I'm making chicken soup. Nuff with the Turkey Lurkey!

Funny...I went to the Moab brewery for Thanksgiving dinner. For desert I had enough Dead Horse Point Ale to drown a horse.
So I bought a case Saturday night to bring home...does that count as left overs?
