FOB Issues

Hey guys, I got a 95 grand cherokee the key fob stopped working yesterday, I changed the batteries, but it didn't help. I went to the dealership this morning, $250 for a new one, the junk yards don't save them, anyone know where to get a cheap replacement? If I lock the doors it activates a security system, if I unlock with the key in the door it sets the alarm off. It was the last year they used IR remotes, 96 the went to RF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They have some pretty cheap replacements on eBay. I just got 2 remotes for $20
