Hey everyone, I'm looking for a lift kit for my 87 wrangler. I'm looking to lift it maybe 3 inches or so. I'm on a very low budget being as i'm still in school. So something used may just have to do for now. If anyone has anything or any ideas as how to get the biggest bang for my couple of dollars that would be greatly appreciated. THANKS-Dan

How much money do you have to spend?
A decent suspension lift could be bought for a little under $400 including shocks (Rough Country).

Lift shackles are a cheap way to get an extra inch of lift (more than that can cause steering problems).
Body lifts are pretty inexpensive, but some folks don't like more than a 1" body lift, while others swear by their 3" lifts.
Then there is always looking for a used one on eBay or a local club, but it's tough to tell what kind of shape it would be in.
