Moving to Ohio

In around 6 weeks I will be moving to south west Ohio for work. can't wait to get out of this Minnesota climate. But my question is does anyone know of any good trails or parks to ride in Ohio. Or if there are any good clubs that I could look into.

There's this place, near a little town I used to live in - Bainbridge - in the southern hills about an hour east of the Cincy/Dayton area:

Never been there, but know the area where it's at - beautiful country.

They have some sort of get-together (Meet and Greet I think they call it) over in Southeast Ohio - Portsmouth/Marietta area. Pretty country over there, too!

If you're moving to Southern Ohio, you might want to look into Kentucky, too. Not that far away!!

I spent 3 weeks in Medway, Ohio, halfway between Vandalia, Ohio and Springfield, Ohio for an apprenticeship training (IBEW Lineman). The weather there was brutal. We had lake effect snows at least 5 times. Wind, sideways snow...


Brrrr.

Well, I guess you can forget Kentucky for now. They had a nice park over below Portsmouth, but they ran into some legal problems with the county. You can read about it on their website:
