power steering

While driving today I noticed that it got a little harder to turn the wheel so I thought maybe I was low on power steering fluid. When I checked it I saw that it was full and now can't figure out what it could be. While driving it only occurs every so often, it will be harder to turn the wheel or almost get stuck in one spot. What could this be? I really hope it's not the pump going bad. I also have dual skyjacker nitro steering stabalizers, maybe it could be that? Is it possible for these shocks to bind up.

could be a bad tie rod end or ball joint....either one of those would cause the steering to bind at certain spots..
