Steering upgrade (tie rod conversion)

I've heard quite a few times that the factory Y steering setup isn't very good, and I was wondering if something like this kit from Rusty's is a worthwhile upgrade. What do you guys think?

I'm not very happy with my steering setup - it seems like every 6 months something gets worn out and some amount of wobble / vibration comes back.

I would look up a high steer kit, one like from Tera-flex or some place else

Depending on how much lift your running, Hi-steer would be the way to go.

Look into the WJ conversion, junk yard parts are always cheaper and will raise your steering linkage and up-grade your brakes. But if your wearing out steering parts in 6 months, I would venture to guess either something else is the issue or your replacing bad parts with bad parts.
Do you have a drop pitman arm?
