steering stabilizer

I inherited a new steering stabilizer, but it has no mounting hardware or instructions, and my CJ never had one. Does anyone sell mounting hardware kits? If I make my own, should I use grade 5 or 8 hardware ?
What are the installation specs / measurements ?
Thanks, Chris

not sure about making one... but I know that quadratec can sell you the mounting hardware.

If it's not much different than a CJ-5 then all you need is an angle bracket (metal shaped like an L) with some holes in it and an exhaust clamp to go through it.

check at a junkyard for the brackets and you asked whether or not to use grade 5 or 8, well, if you have to use u-bolts, use the biggest that fit, and don't worry about it, it just the stabilizer, it is not a key suspension component, but if you are talking about a bolt for it, go with the 8, they do not cost that much more and the zinc coating looks good and is rust proof
