hood shaking?

windshield - self or shop?

hi , is it normal for hood to shake when traveling down freeway at 75mph? it looks like it going to blow open but its locked down , my other 97 tj did the same thing maybe i need a tighter hood lock

It's normal, most every TJ does it. You can always upgrade to YJ hood latches
