rear lap belt to sholder belt

I'm going to convert the rear lap belts in my 91 to the newer shoulder belts. I know what mounts where except for one item. Where does the fixed end of the male lab belt portion bolt to? Seat somewhere side of fender well??? Pics?

Can you clarify a little bit? Which end of the male peice didn't you mount yet?

I did this on a CJ7 (non family style rollbar). I bolted the shoulder hook to the middle of the rollbar's down tube, then bolted both the tab and bucket (holding the rolled up belt) to the top of the wheel well.

This is the piece, I think I "know" where the rest of the pieces go. Can someone with a 92-95 shed some light on this?

That piece bolts to the side of the fender, next to the seat. I can probably take some measurements for reference if you like. Be sure to back up the mounts with pleny of metal.
