Using either turn signal or the wipers will short the radio for about one second. Problem is intermittant with either turn signal but occurs every time with the wipers. Problem does not occur with the hazard flashers.
Have checked for defective bulbs and corroded sockets but did not suspect in the first place considering wiper interaction.
Radio also does not work with the ignition in the ACC position.
Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated.
