There is a rip in my roof and I need to get a new roof. Is this something I can install myself or do I need to take it somewhere to get it fixed? If so, do Jeep dealers do it or where do I go?

There are two things you can do here.
One you can try your local marine stores to locate a shop that repairs canvas tops for them. Not sure how well it will hold up and if it will be water tight.
Or (the more expensive route) you can order a new soft top from Quadratec or your favorite 4x4 shop. I have a factory soft top and had to replace the drivers and passengers windows. The best top windows matched the sail cloth top perfectly and took less than 30 minutes to install. The instructions were very detailed and came with helpful hints.
The full soft top uses the factory hardware so be sure to tell them exactly what year your jeep is.

Yeah, like he said. If you get a Replace-a-Top from Best Top, you can install it pretty quick using the stock hardware.
