exhaust ?'s

ok while back a shop just ruined my exhaust system the pipe laid against my right rear shock and actually caved in some... i've since removed that setup which included my flowmaster, i had a new replacement pipe bent 35 bucks and i've welded the hangers on ... my question is it looks like i dont have enough clearence between the body and the muffler to fit the flowmaster in there... i know before everything was kinked up and thats what i had a problem... i'm working on a str8 shoot exhaust which clears everything nicely , the one nice i'm unhappy with is the shop bent me 2 1/4 instead of 2 1/2 should i notice any real difference or choke being run from the cat back ??

2.25" pipe has 18% less cross sectional area...

any power you're picking up from the free-er flowing muffler you're now losing with the piping

damn that sucks then haha ... well guess i'll head back to a diff muff shop and have some 2.5 bent up .. thanks guys
